Health Guidelines

Physical activity is key for every person no matter the age. Since the beginning of the conception of humans physical activity was essential for survival. We have evolved to less demands due to improvements in technology and civilization.

According to ACSM and CDC- "All healthy adults aged 18–65 years should participate in moderate intensity aerobic physical activity for a minimum of 30 minutes on five days per week, or vigorous intensity aerobic activity for a minimum of 20 minutes on three days per week."  

Benefits of Healthy Weight Loss

Managing your weight is important part of staying healthy. Along with it comes a plethora of benefits from improving mobility to preventing diseases-

  • Brain: You can reduce your risk of stroke and improve blood flow to the brain allowing for overall better brain function. 

  • Liver & Colon: More than 1 in 20 cancer cases are caused by excess weight. Managing weight can reduce your risk 

  • Joints: A healthy weight can reduce pain and stiffness in your joints.

  • Heart: Losing just 5% of body weight can drastically reduce your risk of cardi0vascular disease- the leading cause of death in U.S. 

  • Pancreas: Putting extra work on your pancreas can cause complications to your other organs, eyes and feet.
