Healthy Looks Different on Everyone

There isn't a picture perfect form of a health body. Genetics plays a great role in someone physical appearance. There are plenty of people who have health diets and go above and beyond on their workout schedule who still have fat on their body. It is important to not judge someone's health by the way their body looks, because healthy looks different on everyone!

Motivation

Even though a lot of people have the desire to loose weight and maintain a healthier diet they chose not to because of their lack of motivation. One way to get out of the goal of being unmotivated is by setting plans and making SPECIFIC goals, such as:

  • joining a yoga class

  • meal prepping 

  • obtaining a specific weight or muscle mass by a specific time line

Medicine & Health Problems

Being on medication can also greatly affect the physical and mental health on someone. It is really important to not be discouraged with your body when it is sick. Instead of focusing on the physical appeal of your body,  focus on your overall health. Chemical such as,  BHA, methyl and butyl paraben of cause wight gain and are commonly found in medicines.

Flexibility

Don't worry if you don't see your results immediately, there are MANY things that can prevent the human body from looking "healthy"
